About Rick Stallard

Rick has been a Licensed Real Estate Professional since 1990 with extensive real estate sales experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and property management.  He is a versatile and results-focused individual and has worked with hundreds of satisfied clients in our local communities for over 30 years.  Rick is the leading expert in local rental property and serves as the Director of our Property Management Division at M.C. Real Estate; managing over 200+ residential rentals in Medina County.  He has served twice as President of the Medina County Board of REALTORS, The MCBOR Board of Directors, and many years on committees.  He is also a past Chairman of the Residential Property Management Investment Forum for the Ohio Association of REALTORS in Columbus.  He currently serves as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS in Washington D.C. He was honored as the MCBOR Agent of the Year in 2002 & 2012 and the OAR REALTOR of the Year in 2012.

Most recently, Rick was awarded The Outstanding Community Activist by the Medina County Economic Corp. for 2016.

In addition to these countless career distinctions, Rick is presently a Councilman for the Village of Seville. He is also on the zoning, finance and technology committees.   Rick is the Director of Economic Development for the village.

He has been a Seville, OH resident since 1975. He has five children. When not working, Rick is an avid sportsman, enjoys NASCAR racing, and is busy watching his kids perform in all types of sports and activities.
